I Hello Clawd, Because EDS awareness in the medical community is so low, most of us need to learn all we can about our conditions and find doctors willing to learn with us and from us. That being said, often, local EDS support groups can be excellent resources for learning who the best doctors are in the area you live. I encourage you to contact the EDS support group in Austin to see who they ... We have three family members with EDS and are having a problem finding doctors who REALLY understand EDS.
eds pictures, We live in Illinois and our insurance is The Ehlers-Danlos Society's Healthcare Professionals Directory is a great place to start when looking for providers in your area who have experience with EDS and HSD. They are particularly good for hypermobile EDS because Dr. Zingman herself has it. To be honest she is the only person I have come across in my very long life besides my present manual physical therapist who understands hypermobile EDS. IMO the only downsides are: 1) As you have pointed out they have been swamped ever since she opened.

I feel like my family doctor just doesn't even want Highly recommend Dr Singh-first doctor to give me any treatment hope, very kind and easy going, and knows all the best EDS specialists around!
Also recommend Young Filer at IRG PT in Greenwood, and the Erikson Clinic for Hand/Shoulder issues.
