Pyodermatitis-pyostomatitis vegetans is an uncommon condition that may serve as an oral and cutaneous manifestation of Crohn’s disease. The presence of vegetating plaques on the skin and vesiculopustular lesions in the oral cavity should raise clinical suspicion.
